The main reason and solution for increasing the pressure difference of the dust collector bag (1)

Filter bag is damaged

When the bag filter is working normally, wear of dust on the surface of the filter bag will cause “needle” holes in the bag after a long period of use. Sometimes during the cleaning process, under the impact of wind speed at low pressure and high airflow, the bag will also be heavily damaged, causing an increase in the concentration of exhaust gas dust and when the air flow containing more dust passes through the fan at high speed, it will cause the fan housing and significant impeller wear. Improvement methods: (1) select wear and erosion-resistant filter bag materials to increase the life of the filter bag. (2) check regularly the state of wear of the filter bag and find out that the phenomenon of broken bags must be resolved in time. Small holes can stick and patch, and larger ones must be replaced.

Air leak from the dust collector

To verify air leakage from the bag dust collector, an inspection hole can be opened at the air outlet near the box, but it is difficult to find the air leak point by visual inspection. At this point, the extractor can be turned on and the small air door must be closed for inspection. If you can hear the sound of a “CiCi” air leak, you can determine the source of the problem and then solder the air leak. Besides, the air tube must be changed in time, and the aging that connects the soft leather tube between the reverse valve and the seat valve can prevent air leakage from being damaged. Whether the sealing of the main equipment and the connection between the housing and the pipe is airtight, and the leakage of air from the gasket reduces the actual air volume and affects the dust removal effect; If cold air is filtered out, it will increase the amount of dust-containing gas and reduce the temperature of dust-containing gas. The presence of condensed water will cause the dew point of the dusty gas to fluctuate and cause condensation.
