Notice:
1.We use “dtex” as the unit of linear density(a certain quality of unit length) according to the national standard and requirement. 1350 dtex means that the quality of 10000 meters sewing thread is 1350g. We also use another linear density unit “den”(Daniel) or “D”,which is the quality of the 9000m length, so 1 dan equal 0.9 dtex.
2.In order to avoid harmful gases, please donot burn the PTFE.
3.After sewing PPS filter bag,the resilience of pinhole may be bad and pinhole may be bigger.So we suggest using thinner needle or contact our engineer for better suggestion.
4.To guarantee the quality of the PTFE thread,all of the thread made from PTFE yard and without knot.
5.Because PTFE products are slippery, you can add a little silicone oil if needle skip during operation.
PTFE is a fluorocarbon solid, as it is a high-molecular-weight compound consisting wholly of carbon and fluorine. PTFE is hydrophobic: neither water nor water-containing substances wet PTFE, as fluorocarbons demonstrate mitigated London dispersion forces due to the high electronegativity of fluorine. PTFE has one of the lowest coefficients of friction of any solid. PTFE is used as a non-stick coating for pans and other cookware. It is very non-reactive, partly because of the strength of carbon–fluorine bonds, and so it is often used in containers and pipework for reactive and corrosive chemicals. Where used as a lubricant, PTFE reduces friction, wear and energy consumption of machinery.

Introduction
PTFE sewing thread is made of 100% polytetrafluoroethylene resin material with high-quality temperature resistance(-196~260℃), corrosion resistance, hydrolysis, oxidation resistance, and other properties.
Features:
- The single strand of this product is manufactured by the extruding process, with circular diameter, uniform and full trace, small shrinkage, stable elongation, and large continuous length(the maximum weight specification of 1350dtex conventional line is 1000g/spool and continuous length is 7500m), which is suitable for high-speed sewing machines. In addition, in order to enhance the fastness of stitching, 1650dtex(1500D), 2000dtex(1800D), 2650dtex(2400D) for bag top, bag bottom and other special specifications are equipped.
- In order to ensure the fastness of sewing, this product is made of “long filament” without any bonding and stitching methods. the length of the sewing thread is artificially increased to ensure the safety of the sewing thread and the safety of the filter bag.
- Because PTFE material has a very strong self-lubrication property and extremely low friction coefficient, if there is a stitch jumping during sewing, an appropriate amount of silicone oil can be coated on the sewing line to prevent this situation from happening.
- Due to the particularity of the manufacturing process, there is a 10% error range in linear density and strength parameters.

Color PTFE Sewing Thread:
We also provide color PTFE sewing thread. Color sewing thread is made by a unique blending technology by adding nano fluoro based pigments to PTFE dispersion resin. The product has the characteristics of full color, oxidation resistance, and high fastness to sunlight while maintaining excellent resistance to temperature and corrosion.
Application:
Color sewing thread is mainly used for sewing special industrial powder (mineral powder) collection filter bag, dust filter bag, screen identification, sailing sail, sunshade tarpaulin and etc.
Specification:
The density specification of color sewing thread is 1350-5500dtex. Meanwhile, the special color can be customized.
