Pulse Jet Baghouse

We employ thickened stitching, multiple reinforcing layers at the bottom of the bag, and a precisely fitted snap band design to ensure the filter bags will not detach or break under frequent pulse vibrations.

Reverse Air Baghouse

Primarily uses fiberglass woven filter bags, and features custom-designed anti-collapse/shrink rings and a top cap to ensure structural stability under high airflow.

Customizable Filter Cages and Accessories

Bag cages and a complete set of accessories are processed simultaneously. The bag cage can be customized with different metal materials, adjusted frame thickness, and cage structure shape, and comes with a complete set of installation accessories such as clamps, caps, springs, and cable ties.


Installation, Operation and Maintenance

Before installation, the condition of the filter bags and the installation environment should be carefully inspected. Check the filter bag surface for any damage, scratches, or holes, and ensure that the edges are free from cracks. Verify that the filter bag dimensions match the equipment specifications. In addition, clean the interior of the baghouse thoroughly by removing any residual dust and debris. Inspect the tube sheet holes to ensure that the edges are smooth; any burrs should be removed and polished before installation.

.During installation, it is essential to follow proper techniques and avoid common mistakes. The filter bag and cage should be assembled carefully and accurately to prevent damage. The bag opening must be sealed with appropriate tightness, and the spacing between filter bags should remain uniform. Common issues to avoid include excessive stretching of the filter bag, leaving foreign objects inside the baghouse, and direct hand contact with the inner surface of the filter bag.

After installation, inspection and commissioning should be carried out. First, perform a visual inspection to confirm that the filter bags hang vertically without twisting or loose bag openings. Next, conduct a preliminary sealing test by introducing compressed air and checking for leaks with a soap solution. During equipment startup and trial operation, monitor the operating condition of the filter bags and observe dust emissions at the stack outlet to ensure proper filtration performance.
