Silica fiberglass fabric is composed of high-purity, amorphous continuous silica fibers with a silica content of 96% to 98%. As an exceptional ultra-high-temperature refractory material, it delivers unparalleled protective and thermal insulation performance in extremely demanding industrial environments.
Maintains excellent strength and elasticity during long-term exposure to temperatures of 1000°C. It can withstand even higher temperatures for short periods and effectively resist the direct impact of extreme heat fluxes and jet flames.
With an extremely low thermal conductivity, it serves as an excellent thermal barrier, providing reliable protection for personnel and critical equipment in high-temperature environments.
It is inert to most chemicals and demonstrates exceptional resistance to corrosion from corrosive minerals, weak alkaline molten metals, and chemical compounds even under high-temperature conditions.
Under extreme operating conditions involving intense heat and strong radiation, it maintains stable physical properties and continues to perform reliably for extended periods.
