Filter Bag Snap Band Riveting Machine

The machine is a specialized piece of industrial equipment used to securely join the ends of a spring steel band (the snap band) inside the top cuff of a dust collector filter bag. Because the flat steel band needs to form a perfect, rigid circle to seal tightly against the baghouse cell plate, riveting provides a flat, high-strength joint that won’t fail under continuous pulse-jet cleaning or high thermal stress.
