Home » Filter Cage Making Machines

The machine is specialized equipment designed for the automated welding of top rings onto dust collector filter cages. It is primarily used in the manufacturing of filter cages for bag-type dust collectors. Through precise positioning, automatic feeding, and efficient welding processes, the machine securely welds components—such as Venturi collars, reinforcement rings, or support rings—to the top of the cage, ensuring the stability of filter bag installation and operational reliability.

Description

Equipped with an automated control system, the machine allows for the adjustment of welding parameters to accommodate various filter cage specifications, enabling the rapid production of cages with different diameters, heights, and structural designs. Compared to traditional manual welding, this automated machine offers advantages such as uniform weld points, high dimensional accuracy, superior production efficiency, and ease of operation; it effectively reduces labor costs while enhancing the overall quality of the filter cages.

Machine Structure Breakdown

  • Pressurization Actuator

Upper aluminum alloy pneumatic cylinder and black guide frame; blue pneumatic lines supply air to ensure uniform welding pressure.

  • Conductive Welding Assembly

Flexible oxygen-free copper conductive straps, upper and lower brass electrode arms, and copper electrode tips; the use of copper ensures high electrical and thermal conductivity, minimizing welding losses.

  • CNC Control Unit

Digital control panel located on the right side of the machine; allows for adjustment of welding current, weld duration, and hold-time delay to precisely control weld fusion quality.

  • Pressure-Stabilizing Air Reservoir

Cylindrical air tank at the rear of the machine; buffers fluctuations in air supply pressure to prevent instability in welding force.

  • Frame Base

Integrated sheet-metal body with a baked-enamel finish; the base features mounting holes for secure floor installation, making it suitable for assembly line operations.
