Home » Stainless Steel Filter Housings

The microporous pleated cartridge filter housing is a filtration unit specifically designed for precision liquid filtration; it is typically used in conjunction with microporous pleated filter cartridges made of materials such as PP, PES, PTFE, or nylon. As the liquid enters the filter, it undergoes depth or surface filtration through the cartridge’s microporous membrane layers, effectively removing suspended particles, colloids, microorganisms, and other minute impurities to yield a cleaner filtrate.
Description
This filtration system features high filtration precision, a large filtration area, stable flow rates, low pressure drop, and ease of cartridge replacement. By maximizing the effective filtration area, the pleated cartridge design enables high processing flow rates within a compact unit while reducing the frequency of cartridge replacements. It is an ideal device for purified water filtration in sectors such as biopharmaceuticals, beverages, biochemical water treatment, and environmental protection.

Operating Instructions
- Thoroughly clean the filter housing and all connecting components. Correctly install the filter cartridge and housing.
- Before starting the system, check that the pressure pump is rotating in the correct direction, ensure all connections are tight, and verify that all valves are closed.
- Slowly open the liquid inlet valve before starting. Vent the air from the system, then open the liquid outlet valve to begin normal filtration.
