Polyester Needle-punched Felt Filter Fabric
Its high porosity provides excellent air permeability, effectively reducing system pressure loss and energy consumption while increasing filtration capacity and operational efficiency.
Capable of capturing fine particulate matter with outstanding performance. For example, filtration efficiency for 325-mesh talcum powder can reach 99.9%–99.99%, resulting in emission levels far below regulatory requirements.
Offers high tensile strength, superior elastic recovery, and excellent dimensional stability. The service life is typically 1–5 times longer than conventional woven filter fabrics.
Designed for normal and low-temperature applications, with a continuous operating temperature of up to 130°C and peak temperature resistance of 150°C. It provides good resistance to acidic and alkaline environments, along with excellent abrasion resistance.
Thanks to the relatively low cost of polyester fibers, polyester needle felt is one of the most economical and cost-effective filter media available for low-temperature industrial filtration applications.

Product Introduction
Polyester needle-punched felt is one of the most widely used and cost-effective ambient-temperature filtration materials for baghouse dust collectors. Manufactured using high-quality polyester (PET) staple fibers and a polyester filament base fabric through a non-woven needle-punching process, it features high porosity, excellent air permeability, high dust removal efficiency, and strong abrasion resistance. Following post-treatments such as singeing, calendering, and heat setting, the filter material acquires a smoother surface that facilitates easy dust release, making it suitable for a wide range of applications in industrial dust control and flue gas purification.

Applications of Polyester Needle Felts
Polyester filter felts are used in many industries such as metallurgy, chemical engineering, building materials, machinery, petroleum, pharmaceuticals, food processing, etc., in process applications, material recovery, air purification, dust control, and liquid filtration.

Industrial Waste Gas Treatment
Polyester needle felt filter media is widely used in environmental protection applications, with industrial waste gas treatment being one of the most common uses. In industries such as steel manufacturing, chemical processing, and power generation, polyester needle felt effectively captures dust, smoke, and other pollutants from exhaust gases, reducing emission concentrations and helping facilities comply with environmental regulations.

Wastewater Treatment
Polyester needle felt filter media also plays an important role in wastewater treatment. In wastewater treatment systems, it can effectively remove suspended solids, particulate matter, and other impurities from water, thereby improving water quality.

Air Purification
Polyester needle felt filter media also performs exceptionally well in air purification applications. In homes, public facilities, and industrial environments, it can effectively filter harmful airborne contaminants such as dust, bacteria, and viruses, helping to improve indoor air quality.
