The polypropylene (PP) pleated filter cartridge is a high-precision depth filtration cartridge designed with advanced filtration technology. It utilizes ultra-fine polypropylene fiber filter media as the core filtration material, combined with non-woven fabric or mesh inner and outer support layers, and formed through a pleating process. The filter housing, center core, and end caps are manufactured as an integrated structure using fully automatic thermal welding technology. No glue or adhesives are added throughout the entire production process, effectively eliminating the risks of adhesive leaching, media leakage, and secondary contamination, ensuring high cleanliness, safe operation, and reliable performance.
