Polyester Filter Bags for Liquid Filtration

Polyester needle felt filter bags are widely used in water treatment, chemical processing, metalworking, food and beverage production, and industrial fluid filtration due to their excellent mechanical strength, high dirt-holding capacity, and cost-effectiveness. Their three-dimensional depth filtration structure ensures efficient particle retention and extended service life, making them one of the most commonly used filter media for industrial liquid filtration applications.

Base Fabric Material – Polyester Needle Felt

Notes:

As polyester materials are susceptible to strong alkalis and high-temperature hydrolysis, they are not recommended for use in:

  • Strong alkaline solutions.
  • Long-term high-temperature liquid filtration.
  • Strong oxidizing chemicals.

By adjusting the thickness of the needle-punched felt, the filter bags can achieve higher filtration precision, typically delivering a removal rate exceeding 90%.

☑ Surface Post-Treatment

The filter bag surface undergoes singeing, calendering, and membrane lamination processes to effectively prevent fiber shedding (fiber migration).

Sealing Process

Hot-Melt Welding Process

Stitched Seam Process

Utilizes a high-strength five-thread overlock stitching process for secure, durable seams. Uses specialized sewing thread free of silicone lubricants to avoid the silicone contamination and secondary pollution issues often associated with standard stitched filter bags.
