Bracket & Column Installation

When installing the bracket, ensure the column is perfectly vertical and precisely positioned.

Ash Hopper & Casing Installation

When installing the ash hopper and the casing (box body), maintain precise installation dimensions while ensuring all joints and fastener connections are airtight. Inspect the underlying ash conveying equipment prior to installation; repair as needed and proceed only after verifying correct functionality.

Injection System Assembly

Before assembling the injection system, precisely adjust its position to ensure the injection port is concentric with the bag mouth while maintaining the specified distance between the injection port and the blowpipe pattern. Secure or weld the assembly only after alignment.

Poppet Valve Installation

When installing the poppet valve, ensure the cylinder rod is both perpendicular to the tubesheet (flower plate) and concentric with the valve seat hole. When closed, the clearance between the valve plate and the tubesheet must be less than 1 mm.

Filter Bag & Cage Installation

The installation of filter bags and cages requires the utmost care. Insert the filter bag into the bag chamber through the tubesheet hole, compressing the elastic snap ring into a concave shape so it seats securely into the tubesheet. Once fully sealed and verified, gently lower the bag cage into the bag until its collar rests firmly on the tubesheet hole.

Valve & Pneumatic System Check

Each valve must operate accurately and flexibly. The entire pneumatic system must be completely leak-free.

Pneumatic Lubrication

Before commissioning the equipment, fill the lubricator in the FRL (Filter-Regulator-Lubricator) triplet unit to ensure proper cylinder lubrication.

Discharge & Return Mechanisms

The ash discharging and returning mechanisms must rotate smoothly. Prior to operation, apply lubricating grease to the bearings and fill the gearmotor gearbox with the specified engine oil.
