Production process:

Fabric water repellent treatment – crown discharge – round mesh glue – PTFE film unrolling, crown treatment – coating – drying and hot pressing compound – PTFE film surface treatment – cutting – laminate – inspection – packaging – finished product. The water-repellent finish of the fabric can be carried out using a unilateral liquid feeding method after mixing as needed. The use of corona treatment is very effective in improving the bond strength of the composite material.

The ePTFE membrane has the characteristics of high hydrophobicity, heat stability, excellent chemical resistance, and isolation, etc. It is laminated with fabrics to make zhiteng laminated fabrics waterproof and breathable by dot joining. Its new generation product is a composite fabric composed of the original multi-micro hydrophobic membrane ePTFE and an organic fluoride oil repellent finish after a durable water repellent finish. It allows the penetration of water vapor molecules and the selective polymer membrane that can prevent the passage of liquid substances. In addition, it can overcome the contamination of body fat and wash surfactant to reduce water resistance, thus improving permeability and durability to waterproof moisture and thereby increasing resistance to hydrostatic pressure.
