Technical requirements for dust collecting skeleton

The dust collector frame requires the support ring and longitudinal ribs to be evenly distributed and must have sufficient strength, verticality, and dimensional accuracy to withstand the air pressure of the filter bag in the state of filtration and dust removal, and to prevent damage and deformation caused by collision and impact during normal transport and installation.

All welded joints of the dust collector frame are firm and no leakage of desolation and weld is allowed.

The surface of the dust collector frame in contact with the filter bag should be smooth and clean, free of weld marks, irregularities, and burrs.

The tension spring frame should have sufficient twists and elasticity, and the space after stretching should be uniform.

The surface of the filter bag frame should be treated with anti-corrosion, electroplating, spraying, or painting according to the different needs. If used at high temperatures, your anti-corrosion exterior must meet the requirements of the operating temperature.

The verticality of the frame of the dust collector is 6m more or less 1 mm.

The dust collector frame is integrated, divided into two or three parts.

The length of the dust collector frame is more than 3 meters, and the steel venturi tube is used for once.

The dust collector frame is galvanized, sprayed, and treated with silicone resin.
