Due to the ever-increasing growing scarcity of fossil fuels, energy production from biomass combustion is becoming more and more important. In addition to the stems and herbaceous biomass ( eg straw ) wood is used as the main fuel in biomass power plants. Compared with fossil fuels: coal, the composition of biomass as fuel can be largely variable.

Shanghai Everspring has an average yield of filter -high- specific filter bag for this application, which is fully adapted to the operating conditions of the dust collector. TYPICAL OPERATING CONDITIONS:

Continue Temperature (°C): 100-220°C

Peak Temperature  (°C): Orientation to the maximum peak temperature of the fiber polymers used

Dust: Fly ash, sorption products

Dust Properties: Agglomerating, fine, powdery

Dust Source: Cyclone,  different sorption processes, grate, and fluidized bed firing

Harmful Gases: H2O, HCl, HF, NOx, SOx

Cleaning Process: Pulse jet Fuels:  Biomass, e.g. olive stones, rapeseed, rice shells, straw, wood
