Dust filter bag

(1) the data from the dust filter bag do not match the characteristics of the dust, forming a partial stoma infarction. For powder with high concentration, small particle size, high humidity, and high viscosity, membrane-coated filter bags should be used.

(2) the gas containing dust is too high and the system does not adopt any thermal insulation method, which makes the temperature difference between the dust in the pipe and the dust collector and the external environment large, and the condensation of water vapor.During the heat exchange process dust increases. Moisture and viscosity, thermal insulation should be taken at this time.

(3) if the dust concentration resolved by the system is too high and the filter velocity of the filter bag is too high, the pressure difference of the filter bag will be too high. The dust removal load of the bag filter and the filtration rate of the filter material should be reduced accordingly.

(4) incorrect setting of the relevant parameters of the pulse injection system, the dust removal effect of the dust collector is poor. For example, the pulse injection time interval of the filter bag, the pulse injection width is too short, the contraction air pressure is too low, resulting in a decrease in the tension of the filter bag and the accumulation of dust in the filter bag is too thick. The relevant parameters of the pulse injection system must be reset.
