The dust collector bag is the main dust removal tool of the bag filter. It can isolate harmful gases and protect the environment and human health. However, in industrial production, many factors affect it and combustion gas affects it. Let’s take a look at the effect of the flue gas in the dust collection bag:
(1) high flue gas temperature. The bag filter is mainly used in the removal of fluidized bed dust from industrial boilers, fluidized bed boilers, furnaces, and coal-fired power plant boilers. The temperature of this type of flue gas is often relatively high, and the temperature when the gas passes into the dust collector is generally about 100 300 ~ 300 ℃.Therefore, the performance of ordinary chemical fibers will be affected at this temperature, so the filter material of the bag filter must use high-temperature resistant fiber materials.
(2) corrosion of acid gas. When burning coal with a high sulfur content or combustion gases that have not been desulphurized, the concentration of sulfur oxides and nitrogen oxides will be very high. Except for the dust bag of the ft filter material, other synthetic fiber chemical materials will be damaged by corrosion. In this way, the life of the dust collector bag will be shortened.
(3) oxidation of flue gases. The combustion gas has a certain oxidation effect on the dust collection bag. Because the oxygen in the air represents 21%, and the temperature of the combustion gases is very high, the dust collection bag will be deeply damaged during work. If you want to avoid this situation, choose some dust collection bags with antioxidant filter material, such as the p84 polyimide dust collection bag.
(4) moisture in the flue gas. Working under high-temperature conditions, when the moisture content of the powder in the flue gas exceeds 25%, the powder will easily adhere to the bag and block it. If the resistance to hydrolysis of the material is not high, the hydrolysis will also cause damage to the filter material.
